I. Introduction
These terms and conditions apply to contracts concluded through the online store available at www.pvhurt.pl, www.pvsklep.pl, www.pvhurt.de, www.pvhurt.cz, www.pvhurt.hr hereinafter referred to as the “Store”. These terms and conditions set out the rules for registration, order placement, product delivery, complaints, and contract withdrawal.

The store conducts sales of goods remotely through the website www.pvhurt.pl.
III. Prices Listed in the Store
The prices listed in the store are an invitation to conclude a contract. All product prices are inclusive of VAT and are quoted in Polish zlotys. The prices of the goods listed in the store do not include delivery costs or potential fees associated with selecting payment on delivery. Shipping costs and fees associated with the chosen payment method for delivery are provided separately before the order is placed. In case of incorrect synchronization of the price in the “external warehouse” category, the payment for the transaction will be refunded to the buyer’s account. Invoices are issued in electronic form only and sent to the email address provided by the buyer. If payment is not made within two working days for the “transfer” payment method, the order status will change to “canceled.” Prices in the PVhurt.pl store change every 4 hours. PVhurt.pl has no influence over the predictability of price decreases or increases.
IV. Order and Delivery
The buyer places orders through the PVhurt.pl store. PVhurt.pl is the owner of brands such as PVsklep.pl and PVhurt.de. The order includes, among other things, the product, price, and quantity the buyer wishes to order. The order is accepted for execution when the buyer receives an email confirmation of the placed order. The seller’s confirmation of the placed order is equivalent to the conclusion of a remote sales contract. Before confirming the order, the seller will check product availability and inform the buyer if the product is completely or partially unavailable. Orders placed and confirmed from Monday to Friday (shipped by courier) are processed within 1-5 working days. The buyer places an order by adding products to the cart and then following the instructions. The buyer can make a purchase either by registering on the site or as a guest without the need for registration. When placing an order, the buyer selects the payment method and delivery method. The buyer can pay for the ordered goods:
Via traditional bank transfer to the seller’s account within 1 hour, sending the transfer confirmation in PDF format to the company’s address, otherwise, the goods are not reserved.
Via online payment by card, BLIK.
Shipments are delivered by courier service or picked up in person at the brick-and-mortar store. The delivery price is determined during the order assembly process by the buyer in the “Cart Summary” or “Your Order” section. In the case of choosing the shipping option, the delivery cost is added to the total order amount. Goods are shipped to addresses within Poland. For international orders, please contact us for a shipping quote. Orders for personal pickup are stored in the warehouse for up to 7 calendar days. If the order is not collected within the specified time, the seller may charge a storage fee of 50 PLN net per pallet space per day. The seller has the right to withdraw from fulfilling the order if:
The provided data is incomplete or incorrect;
The order shows signs of fraud.
In the event of withdrawal from the order fulfillment, the seller will promptly refund any payments made in connection with the unfulfilled order. We do not process orders with cash on delivery. If there are errors in the classification of products for shipment on the PVhurt.pl website, PVhurt.pl reserves the right to cancel the order and refund the order costs to the buyer’s account. In business relationships between entrepreneurs, the right to withdraw from the contract under the Consumer Rights Act does not apply to commercial transactions between entrepreneurs.
V. Return of Goods / Contract Withdrawal
Under Article 27 of the Consumer Rights Act, the buyer, who is a consumer, has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded via the PVhurt.pl store without giving any reason and without incurring any costs, within 14 days of receiving the goods (by the buyer or a person designated by the buyer), and in the case of a contract that:
Includes multiple items delivered separately, in parts, or in installments – from the receipt of the last item, part, or installment,
Is for the regular delivery of items for a specified period – from the receipt of the first item.
To exercise the right of withdrawal from the contract, it is sufficient to send a declaration of withdrawal before the expiry of the deadline in writing or via email. Upon receipt of the declaration, the seller will promptly send a confirmation of receipt to the buyer’s provided address. In the case of successful contract withdrawal, the contract is deemed not concluded, and all mutual obligations of the parties are subject to return. The buyer is obliged to return the goods within 14 days from the date of withdrawal. The seller will return all payments made in connection with the contract from which the buyer withdrew, excluding the cost of delivering the product to the seller, within 14 days from the receipt of the withdrawal declaration. The seller may withhold the refund until the returned product is received or until proof of its dispatch is provided by the buyer. The refund will be made via bank transfer to the account provided by the buyer.
VI. Complaints
All products offered in the PVhurt.pl store are new and covered by the manufacturer’s and seller’s warranty. If a product has a technical defect, the seller commits to resolving the warranty claim positively. The complained product must be sent to the address of PVhurt. In the case of a positive resolution of the warranty or claim based on warranty grounds.
